Spinach and Artichoke Dip

This is my Granny's recipe and it always seems to be a fave at family events. I made it for the first time when we had friends around for a Christmas party on the weekend and it was total hit. It's great spread on bread, crackers or dipped with vege sticks, but you can also totally eat it with a spoon - can confirm it works. Also it literally couldn't be easier - see below!



Ingredients

1 large bunch of spinach

1 jar of artichoke hearts, drained

250g cream cheese

2 tbsp of sour cream

2 tbsp mayonnaise

Half a cup of grated parmesan

1 clove of crushed garlic

Dash of cayenne pepper


Method

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.


Mix all ingredients together and bake for 20 mins before stirring and baking for another 10 mins. Serve with fresh bread - hot or cold.
